Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced B2B Delivery and Operations Leader to drive enterprise delivery, operational excellence, and business profitability within the EdTech domain. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B education services, digital learning platforms, publishing, or IT/BPM services, with proven leadership experience managing large delivery teams, enterprise accounts, and cross-functional operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery operations for enterprise EdTech accounts and digital learning programs.
- Own P&L; performance, revenue targets, EBITDA, gross margins, budgets, and cost optimization.
- Establish and improve delivery frameworks, SLAs, KPIs, governance processes, and performance dashboards.
- Manage cross-functional teams across product engineering, software development, instructional design, content production, QA, and customer success.
- Build and maintain relationships with global universities, educational publishers, institutional clients, and enterprise customers.
- Manage escalations, executive stakeholder communication, customer retention, and service quality.
- Drive operational transformation through AI-enabled workflows, automation, Agile methodologies, Lean, and Six Sigma.
- Oversee capacity planning, resource utilization, workforce scalability, and delivery efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance profitability, productivity, and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- 15+ years of overall professional experience.




- 6+ years of senior leadership experience in delivery, operations, or enterprise account management.
- Preferably 5+ years of experience in B2B EdTech, eLearning, digital publishing, educational content delivery, or education-focused IT/BPO/KPO services.
- Demonstrated accountability for P&L;, revenue, EBITDA, gross margins, budgets, and operational performance.
- Experience managing multiple enterprise accounts, large delivery teams, and complex client engagements.
- Strong experience in SLA management, delivery governance, executive stakeholder management, and client retention.
- Understanding of digital learning ecosystems, academic content workflows, and enterprise education services.
- Experience driving automation, AI adoption, and operational improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with global educational publishers, universities, or institutional learning providers.
- Exposure to Agile, Lean Six Sigma, RPA, AI-enabled workflows, and process automation.
- Experience managing offshore and global delivery teams.
- MBA or relevant professional certifications.

Compensation

₹60 LPA – ₹1 Cr annually, depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹7,051,000.00 - ₹10,000,000.00 per year
