Job Description – Solar Sales & Execution Manager (Rooftop, PM Surya Ghar & EPC)

Solar Sales & Execution Manager drives residential rooftop (PM Surya Ghar), C&I; and ground-mounted solar EPC sales, and oversees project execution with a small sales and site team, at Multi Infrastructure & Engineering Pvt. Ltd.

Industry : Renewable Energy / Solar EPC

Experience : 5–10 years in solar sales

Location : Village- Dungrawali, Opposite - Pulse Hospital, NH58, Partapur Bypass, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh 250002

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in rooftop, PM Surya Ghar (residential), C&I; and ground-mounted solar EPC.

- Generate leads, meet customers, visit sites, prepare proposals and close orders.

- Explain subsidy, system size, pricing and savings to customers, and track applications through to commissioning.

- Build and manage dealers, electricians, contractors, RWAs and referral partners.

- Maintain leads and pipeline in CRM/MIS; follow up on every lead and report regularly.

- Coordinate project execution with design, procurement and installation teams for on-time, quality delivery.

- Handle customer queries, billing and payment follow-ups, and DISCOM approvals.





- Guide and train the sales and site team; track competitors and local markets.

Candidate Profile

- 5–10 years in B2B/B2C solar sales; rooftop, PM Surya Ghar or EPC experience preferred.

- Understanding of rooftop solar, net metering and basic electrical concepts.

- Robust communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

- Comfortable with field work; good with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM/MIS.

- Target-driven, hands-on, with a local market and channel network.
