Job Overview

AGI Innovations – Makes360 is looking for a motivated and communication-focused Telecaller & Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching potential clients, sourcing business leads, making outbound calls, and connecting with prospects through LinkedIn.

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in telecalling, B2B lead generation, cold calling, and business development who are comfortable communicating with potential clients and working toward lead generation targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients across relevant industries.
- Source and verify business contact details, including company information and professional contact profiles.
- Make outbound calls to introduce company services and identify potential business opportunities.
- Connect with prospective clients through LinkedIn and other appropriate professional communication channels.
- Generate qualified leads for the sales and business development team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, messages, and emails.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with interested prospects for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead databases, calling records, and follow-up schedules.
- Track daily calling activity, lead status, and outreach performance.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on lead generation activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, cold calling, lead generation,



or a related role.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of data mining, data sourcing, and prospect research.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for professional networking and client outreach.
- Ability to communicate professionally with business owners and decision-makers.
- Basic computer skills and working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Positive organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple follow-ups.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to work toward performance targets.
