FM DIGIPOWER PVT LTD is a digital marketing and web development solutions company serving clients in the USA and Canada. We are looking for motivated and target-oriented BPO Telecallers to join our team and support our business development activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain the company's services.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Promote digital marketing, website development, and other IT-related services.
- Understand client requirements and communicate suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls and emails.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, telecalling, and customer handling.
- Ability to convince prospective clients and handle objections professionally.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
- Candidates with international BPO or international sales experience will be preferred.
- Positive English communication skills are an advantage for handling international clients.
