About the Role

Skyfer Logistic is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially driven Air Export Pricing Executive to support our growing USA operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive air freight quotations, coordinating with airlines and overseas partners, and ensuring profitable and timely pricing solutions for customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage air export quotations for USA-bound shipments.
- Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, overseas agents, and service providers to secure competitive rates and space.
- Maintain and update rate sheets, tariffs, surcharges, and carrier pricing information.
- Analyze customer requirements and provide cost-effective routing and pricing solutions.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure pricing accuracy and operational feasibility.
- Monitor airline capacity, market trends, and freight rate fluctuations.
- Ensure all quotations comply with customer requirements, company SOPs, and service commitments.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, rate negotiations, and pricing activities.
- Support strategic pricing initiatives to improve competitiveness and profitability.

Requirements

- 1-4 years of experience in Air Export Pricing, Freight Forwarding, or International Logistics.
- Strong hands-on experience in Freight Forwarding is mandatory.
- Intensive knowledge of freight forwarding processes, air export operations, airline pricing structures,



routing options, and cargo movement is required.
- Strong understanding of air freight pricing components, including freight rates, fuel surcharges, security charges, terminal handling charges, and other applicable costs.
- Familiarity with USA trade lanes, airline networks, and transit options.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and freight forwarding software platforms.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with USA agents, overseas partners, or international customers.
- Knowledge of carrier negotiations and vendor management.
- Experience with CargoWise or similar freight management systems.
- Candidates with a notice period of 30 days or less will be given preference.
