Annamar Clothing Company(From Ecc) makes knitted cotton kidswear in Tirupur for buyers around the world. We are hiring two Junior Merchandisers to keep our orders and samples moving from fabric to dispatch. One will focus on orders and dispatch, the other on samples and production, and each will learn the other's work so one can always cover.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up every order day to day, from fabric booking to dispatch.
- Book fabric, trims and labels for samples and bulk orders.
- Get samples made on time, checked and couriered.
- Follow the production line: daily output, problems and delays.
- Check pieces at the line and before packing.
- Arrange packing, cartons and labels as per buyer specifications.
- Prepare packing lists and keep order records up to date.
- Send a daily report by 6 pm with output, problems, the next day's plan and photos.
Required skills
- Basic garment knowledge: fabric, GSM, sizes, trims and labels.
- Comfortable with email and Excel.
- Tamil and working English.
- Follows up without being reminded.
What we offer
- Salary of ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 a month.
- Hands-on training in export merchandising, working directly with the Managing Director.
- Probation of 3 months, then salary review based on performance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
