Job Title: Insurance Advisor / Insurance Agent Company: ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Limited Roles and Responsibilities: - Identify potential customers and generate leads for life insurance products. - Explain various life insurance plans, savings plans, retirement plans, and investment-linked insurance products to customers. - Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. - Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers. - Assist customers with insurance applications, documentation, policy issuance, and renewals. - Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers. - Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. - Provide policy-related information and support to customers when required. - Maintain accurate customer records and follow company policies and applicable insurance regulations. - Develop business through referrals,



networking, and customer relationship management. Required Skills: - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Customer service and relationship-building abilities. - Sales, negotiation, and convincing skills. - Basic knowledge of insurance products and financial services. - Willingness to learn and achieve business targets. Eligibility: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, subject to company requirements. Note: The role may involve fieldwork, customer meetings, and lead generation. Compensation, incentives, and employment terms depend on the company's actual offer and engagement model.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
