Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Spares Assistant to manage two-wheeler spare parts inventory, support service technicians, and ensure the timely availability of genuine TVS spare parts at our new showroom Aswatha TVS sungam coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, check, and store spare parts properly.
- Maintain stock records and update inventory on a regular basis.
- Issue spare parts to service technicians as per job card requirements.
- Assist in identifying and arranging genuine TVS spare parts.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about low-stock items.
- Assist in preparing spare parts orders and follow up on pending supplies.
- Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward stock.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Keep the spare parts store clean, organized, and properly labelled.
- Coordinate with the service department and spare parts suppliers.
- Ensure accurate handling of parts and minimize stock discrepancies.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum diploma ,UG qualification is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of two-wheeler spare parts is preferred.




- Previous experience in a two-wheeler showroom or service centre is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with inventory software are preferred.
- Freshers with an interest in automobile spare parts may also apply.
