We are expanding our branch network and looking for a capable Assistant Manager to manage branch operations and team. Job Role: Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities: Assist Branch Manager in day-to-day branch operations and administration. Manage and lead a team of BDOs / Field Staff and drive business targets. Responsible for overall business development - Deposit, Loans, Membership & Agro Product Sales. Customer handling, account opening, and documentation verification. Ensure compliance with cooperative society rules and regulations. Daily collection reporting, cash handling, and MIS reporting to Head Office. Conduct field visits and support BDOs to achieve targets. Organize customer meetings, SHG meetings, and promotional activities. Achieve branch business targets and ensure profitability. Required Qualifications & Skills: Qualification:



Degree / MBA / B.Com / M.Com preferred. (Plus Two with relevant experience can also apply) Experience: Minimum 1-3 years as Assistant Manager / Branch Manager / Team Leader in Cooperative Society / Bank / NBFC / Finance / Agro Marketing. Strong leadership and team management skills. Positive knowledge of banking operations, loan, deposit, and recovery. Excellent communication skills in Malayalam & English. Must have Two-Wheeler with valid Driving License. Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, and Computer operations. Target-oriented, honest, and responsible. Local candidates from Thrissur preferred.
