PVR INOX LIMITED is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Operations / Service Associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests visiting the cinema.
- Assist guests with ticket booking, offers, and promotions.
- Sell popcorn, beverages, food items, and other products.
- Handle billing and customer transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest queries.
- Maintain product stocks and ensure counters/areas are properly arranged.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Promote products, offers, and other cinema services.

- Avani Mall – Howrah
- Forum Rangoli Mall – Belur, Howrah
- Star Mall- Madhyamgram
30 can be conidered on special cases.
- Experience: Fresher to 6 Months
- Salary: ₹11,500 In-Hand
- PF & ESIC: Applicable as per company policy
- Weekly Off: 1 day as per roster
- Shift: Rotational
Shift Timings
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Evening/Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- General Shift: 10 am to 7 pm , 11 am to 8 pm , 12 pm to 9 pm,
