About the Role,
Zermii Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated, responsible, and customer-oriented candidates for the position of Banking Field Officer.
The candidate will be responsible for handling field activities related to banking operations, customer interaction, documentation, verification, and business development.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic banking knowledge, and the ability to work in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers and prospective clients as per assigned requirements.
- Assist in customer acquisition and banking-related business development activities.
- Collect and verify customer documents as per company requirements.
- Support customer onboarding and documentation processes.
- Conduct field visits for customer verification and follow-ups.
- Explain banking products and services to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and field visit reports.
- Coordinate with the office team and reporting manager for daily activities.
- Follow company policies and applicable banking guidelines.
- Achieve assigned targets and complete field activities within the given timelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge of banking and financial services.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to travel and work in the field.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
