Key Responsibilities

- Plan and design facility and utility systems based on project requirements.
- Prepare layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD and, where applicable, Revit MEP .
- Work on systems such as HVAC, water supply, drainage, fire fighting, compressed air, piping, and other building/industrial utilities .
- Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, Electrical, and other engineering teams.
- Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and equipment requirements.
- Support utility planning for industrial and commercial facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and project teams for technical discussions and equipment selection.
- Conduct site visits and provide support during installation, execution, testing, and commissioning.
- Identify technical issues and provide practical and cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure designs and systems comply with applicable technical standards, codes, and project requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation, drawings, revisions, and project records.

Requirements :





- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- 2-6 years of experience in Facilities, Utilities, MEP, HVAC, Industrial Projects, EPC, or Engineering Consultancy.
- Practical understanding of facility and utility systems.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, water supply, drainage, piping, and industrial utilities .
- AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP is preferred.
- Ability to prepare and understand engineering layouts and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQs, technical specifications, and vendor coordination.
- Understanding of applicable engineering standards and compliance requirements.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
