Site Engineer - Civil Construction

Location :Palakkad Employment Type : Full-Time Experience Required : 3-5+ Years Joining : Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Quality check & maintain at site.
- Taking quantity for requirement at site.
- Sub-Contractor Billing
- Technical co-ordination with concern persons.

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and Daily Labour Reports (DLR) to the Head Office.
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel .
- Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and site management.




- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.

Qualifications : Option 1 :

- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience

OR

Option 2 :

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience

Requirements :

- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Own two-wheeler preferred for site travel.
