Key Responsibilities : Ø Site Supervision : To handle 4- 5 projects independently and conduct regular site meeting with respective Site Engineer, inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Ø Collaboration : Work closely with Management Team / Project Manager / Planning Engineer, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.

Ø Technical Support : To follow Company’s process and methodology and support to the construction team, resolving any issues that arise on-site.

Ø Documentation : To Monitor Wheater the Site Engineer to maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, material usage, and labour attendance.

Ø Quality Control : To Monitor Wheater the Site Engineer to maintain the quality control measures to ensure that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.

Ø Safety Management : To Monitor Wheater the Site Engineer to maintain PPE kid at site by enforcing safety regulations and conducting safety training sessions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
