Job Summary : We are hiring Fit-Out Workers for residential project sites (current buildings). The role involves assisting in interior finishing works such as carpentry, painting, false ceiling, flooring, and basic civil work.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in interior fit-out works (carpentry, painting, gypsum, flooring, etc.)

- Support site supervisors and engineers in daily activities

- Handle material movement and usage at site :

- Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks on time :

- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work area

- Assist in installation of fixtures and fittings :

- Work as per site requirements and timelines

Requirements :

- Basic experience in construction / interior work preferred :

- Freshers can also apply

- Physically fit and ready for site work :

- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team

- Basic knowledge of tools and materials is an advantage

Salary & Benefits :

- Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 (Based on experience)
- PF & ESI as applicable
- Overtime / Site allowance (if applicable)

Job Type : Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
