A US Non-IT Recruiter focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring talent for industries outside the technology sector. This role is highly versatile, as it covers everything from high-volume blue-collar roles to specialized white-collar skilled positions in the US market.

Core Responsibilities

- Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, initial screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.

Targeted Industries

Unlike IT recruiters who focus on code and architecture, Non-IT recruiters pivot across diverse sectors: SectorCommon Roles RecruitedHealthcare Nurses (RN/LPN), Medical Assistants, Phlebotomists, Case Managers. Finance & Accounting Accountants, Financial Analysts, Auditors, Accounts Payable/Receivable. Logistics & Supply Chain Warehouse Managers, Forklift Operators,



Fleet Supervisors, Dispatchers. Administrative Executive Assistants, Customer Service Reps, HR Coordinators. Engineering Civil Engineers, Mechanical Technicians, Quality Control Inspectors.Key Skills & Requirements

- Industry Knowledge : Understanding US labor laws (FLSA), tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and industry-specific certifications.
- Time Management : The ability to work in US Night Shifts (EST/CST/PST) while managing high-volume requirements.
- Tools : Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Bullhorn, JobDiva, or Greenhouse .

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
