Role Overview

- The role involves managing:

- Centralized dispatch planning

- Multi-location warehouse coordination

- Zone-wise sales coordination teams

- Plant dispatch execution

- Stock allocation and replenishment coordination

- Pending order management

- Dispatch escalations

- Operational MIS and planning controls

Key Responsibilities

1. Centralized Dispatch Planning & Order Fulfillment

- Lead centralized dispatch planning for orders across all India locations
- Prioritize orders based on urgency, stock availability, business priorities, logistics

feasibility, and commitment timelines

- Allocate orders plant-wise and warehouse-wise for smooth execution
- Freeze and circulate daily dispatch planning for execution teams
- Ensure uninterrupted dispatch cycle management and operational flow
- Monitor dispatch adherence against committed timelines and service levels

2. Multi-Location Warehouse & Plant Coordination

- Coordinate closely with warehouses, depots, and manufacturing plants for daily

dispatch execution

- Monitor planned vs actual dispatch execution across locations
- Ensure timely material movement between plants and warehouses
- Support warehouse load balancing and dispatch capacity management
- Coordinate urgent dispatches without disturbing broader operational planning
- Ensure operational continuity during peak dispatch periods and month-end pressure

3. Stock Planning & Inventory Coordination

- Monitor stock availability and ideal inventory levels across all warehouse locations
- Coordinate stock replenishment planning based on sales movement and regional

demand

- Ensure proper stock rotation to avoid aging and dead inventory
- Support stock allocation decisions during shortages or high-demand situations
- Coordinate with production, planning,



and procurement teams for material visibility and

dispatch readiness

4. Sales Coordination, Warehouse Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage zone-wise sales coordination teams
- Ensure timely order punching, validation, planning, and dispatch coordination
- Drive execution accountability and process discipline across coordination teams
- Monitor pending orders, execution gaps, and escalation closures
- Standardize coordination processes and communication flow across regions

5. Sales Team Escalation & Operational Exception Management

- Handle dispatch-related escalations from regional and zonal sales teams
- Ensure proper alignment between sales commitments and operational feasibility
- Control frequent order modifications after dispatch planning
- Manage critical dispatch exceptions, stock shortages, and allocation conflicts
- Coordinate cross-functional resolution for operational bottlenecks and execution delays
- Take operational decisions related to dispatch prioritization and stock allocation

6. Process Governance & ERP Discipline

- Ensure ERP and process compliance across the order execution cycle
- Maintain planning accuracy and system discipline
- Improve coordination efficiency through process standardization
- Ensure accurate order tracking, dispatch updates, and operational visibility across

teams

- Support continuous improvement in dispatch and coordination processes

7. MIS & Operational Reporting

- Daily centralized dispatch planning MIS
- Dispatch vs commitment tracking
- Pending order aging analysis
- Warehouse-wise stock visibility reports
- Dispatch execution and service-level reports
- Critical escalation and exception tracker
- Coordination team performance tracking

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
