Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

- Manage operations and order management efficiently.

- Monitor daily reports, including cancellations, RTO (Return to Origin), and NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) to ensure timely resolution & minimize losses.

- Perform daily stock comparison across warehouses and update accurate inventory in the Browntape system. :

- Create and update product listings on Shopify, including descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.

- Ensure proper categorization and collection structuring for improved navigation and conversion rates.

Weekly/Monthly Responsibilities

- Track shipment counts, identify damaged SKUs, and ensure accurate inventory adjustments.
- Plan inter-warehouse transfers and coordinate stock movement (e.g., SRF warehouse).
- Reconcile monthly inventory data received from warehouses and maintain accurate stock records.
- Identify low stock SKUs based on sales trends and share replenishment plans with procurement and warehouse teams.

1) SEO & Content Optimization

- Optimize product listings using SEO best practices , including: A. Product titles

B. Meta descriptions

C. Alt tags

D. Keyword-rich product descriptions

- Act as a bridge between operations and SEO teams to implement on-page and technical SEO updates on Shopify.

2) Reporting & Analysis





- Compile and analyze monthly sales reports to: A. Track performance metrics

B. Identify sales trends

C. Support business decision-making

3) Cross-Functional Coordination

- Collaborate with the social media marketing team to ensure product availability.
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for stock planning and dispatch execution.

4) Product Pricing & Accuracy (Critical Responsibility)

- Ensure 100% accuracy in product pricing and listings across Shopify platforms.
- Conduct regular price audits to prevent discrepancies, margin loss, or listing errors.
- Coordinate with internal teams to update pricing based on promotions, discounts, and business strategies.

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Shiprocket, and Browntape (preferred). :

- Strong understanding of inventory management and order processing. :

- Basic knowledge of SEO for e-commerce. :

- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis) and Google Sheets. :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. :

- Excellent coordination and communication abilities. :

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.
