Company Profile

Balgopal Earthmovers LLP is engaged in the import, export and local trading of earthmoving machinery spare parts including JCB, Excavator and other heavy equipment components. The company supplies spare parts to dealers, workshops, contractors and machinery owners across India.

We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Executive who can manage order dispatch, packing, documentation and coordination with store and billing teams.

The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for preparing customer orders for dispatch, coordinating with the store team for picking parts, ensuring proper packing and managing dispatch documentation .

The role requires accuracy, speed and coordination to ensure that customer orders are dispatched correctly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive confirmed orders from billing / sales team :

- Coordinate with store team for picking required spare parts :

- Verify items, quantity and order details before dispatch :





- Handle proper packing of spare parts for safe transportation :

- Prepare dispatch documentation including invoice copies and transport details :

- Coordinate with transporters, courier services and logistics partners :

- Maintain dispatch records and tracking information :

- Ensure timely dispatch of customer orders :

- Update dispatch status to billing / sales team :

- Handle multiple orders efficiently and maintain dispatch discipline

Required Skills :

- Basic understanding of dispatch / warehouse operations :

- Good coordination and organizational skills :

- Ability to handle order verification and packing accuracy :

- Ability to work in fast order dispatch environment :

- Responsible, disciplined and detail oriented

- Experience in warehouse / dispatch / logistics work :

- Experience in spare parts / automobile / machinery industry is a plus
