Position :Supervisor - B2B Openings :2 Qualification :12th Pass + System Operator Compensation :₹28,500 CTC/month
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily B2B warehouse operations and manpower allocation.
- Monitor inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Coordinate with clients, transporters, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and system updates.
- Track productivity, TAT, and operational KPIs.
- Prepare MIS reports and ensure SOP compliance.
Eligibility & Skills
- 12th Pass/graduate
- Computer proficiency (Excel/WMS/ERP)
- Team handling experience preferred
Working Conditions
- Full time warehouse/field role
- Rotational shifts and weekly off as per company policy
