Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive to manage day-to-day online store operations. The role involves order processing, customer support, expense tracking, and ensuring a smooth order fulfillment process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and process customer orders using Shopify and Zoho.
- Coordinate order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery updates.
- Enter and maintain daily business expenses accurately in Zoho.
- Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, payments, returns, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, expenses, and customer interactions.
- Generate basic operational reports when required.





Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of Shopify and Zoho (preferred).
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil/Kannada/Hindi (any regional language is an advantage).
- Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and online tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Experience:

- 0-2 years in customer support, e-commerce operations, or a similar role.
- Freshers with valuable communication and computer skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
