Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Planner & Logistics Professional to support seamless demand planning, inventory management, and logistics operations for the EV two-wheeler division. This role ensures smooth coordination between manufacturing, dealers, and customers by optimizing sales forecasts, stock allocation, and end-to-end product movement.

Key Responsibilities Sales Planning & Forecasting

- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to analyse trends, market data, and KPIs for accurate demand forecasting of EV models and accessories.
- Align sales planning activities with organizational goals, growth plans, and EV market share objectives.
- Coordinate with dealers and distributors for order management, stock allocation, target assignment, and after-sales support.
- Track sales performance and prepare analytical reports for senior management decision-making.

Logistics & Supply Chain Management

- Design and implement business logistics processes for the EV product-dealer ecosystem.
- Manage complete order fulfilment, including accurate processing, timely dispatch, and on-time delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels of finished goods, spare parts, and accessories across warehouses and dealer locations.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and production teams to optimize supply planning and maintain inventory accuracy.




- Plan and optimize transportation routes and delivery schedules to improve cost efficiency and service levels.
- Manage and evaluate logistics vendors and 3PL partners, including contract discussions and performance reviews.
- Identify and resolve logistics issues such as delays, damages, and operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare logistics and shipping documentation including invoices, delivery challans, and import/export paperwork (if applicable).

Qualifications & Skills Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.

Experience

- 6-10 years of experience in sales planning, logistics, supply chain, or sales operations.
- Automotive/two-wheeler/EV industry experience strongly preferred.

Technical & Analytical Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales and logistics data.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, CRM tools, and inventory/logistics management software.

Communication & Coordination

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Organizational & Behavioral Skills

- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements

- Valid two-wheeler driving license may be required for market visits, dealer coordination, or test rides.
