As a core member of our Vendor Products IT team, you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.

Your Role - You will analyze, support and maintain strategic bespoke business platforms in a hybrid hosting environment, across AWS Cloud and on-prem.-

- Prepare changes, scripting, monitor and schedule updates to optimize operations-

- Participate and collaborate across multi-functional groups in the operational support model- Participate in the Operational Excellence strategy, including strategic monitoring and LEAN process improvement- Implementation - Install and configure new releases into Test and Production environments- Coordinate the Release process with business groups, vendors and operations- Communicate detailed descriptions of functionality changes and provide follow-up support as required- Application Support / Development - Create and run ad-hoc database queries / Reports- Effectively Communicate with the user community-





- Maintain working knowledge of technical enhancements and new functionality- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues at the OS, Database, and SQL code levels- Data Management & Configuration _- Develop and execute database queries to manage tables- Create, Copy, Move, and Delete databases-

- Testing _- Coordinate QA and Stress Testing.- Provide direction and support to the Business Divisions for User Acceptance Testing.- Create Test Cases and coordinate execution of the Test Plans. About You :

- You have a Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.- 4+ years’ experience in Enterprise Development or Application Support-

- Experience supporting and operating Cloud environments, e.g., AWS- AWS or other cloud certifications is beneficial- Strong experience with MS SQL and other database technologies- Experience with SQL Server Integration Services- Knowledge of Windows, UNIX (Solaris, Linux), basic networking and scripting- Knowledge of XML- Demonstrated knowledge and skill with managing change- Customer-focused, flexible and comfortable collaborating in a quick-paced global environment-
