The Role

We are looking for a hybrid expert :a former Developer who has evolved into a Project Manager/Solution Architect.

You will not just be configuring modules; you will own the engineering side of the project, handle complex requirement mapping, and manage the full project lifecycle. You must possess deep technical depth to guide developers while having the business acumen to discuss complex unit costing with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Leadership

- Full Lifecycle Ownership : Plan, pitch, and execute Odoo implementations including scope definition, timeline management, and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Management : Coordinate between developers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Risk & Progress : Proactively monitor project progress, handle risk management, and ensure SLA compliance for client support.
- Agile Execution : Utilize agile methodologies to keep the engineering and functional teams aligned.

2. Advanced Solution Design & Engineering Oversight

- Technical Authority : Leverage your background as a developer to handle the engineering side independently, validating code quality and architectural decisions.

- Complex Process Mapping : Design in-depth workflows for manufacturing projects involving multiple cost centers, raw material inputs, and complex procedures. :





- Costing Architecture : Implement robust solutions for Unit Costing where the output is a result of multiple blends (Raw materials + Packaging + Labour + Tax costing).

3. Functional Implementation

- Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions (workshops, interviews) to document "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes.
- Configure and customize core Odoo modules (Manufacturing/MRP, Inventory, Accounting, Sales, CRM).
- Create comprehensive Business Process Flow diagrams, Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user manuals.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-Live activities.

Required Domain Expertise

- Shoes / Footwear :

- Spices / Food Processing (Handling blends and recipes)

- Diesel Generator Sets (Assembly and component tracking)

- Home Furnishings & Hard Goods (Textiles, Carpets, Brass/Steel implements like taps and switches)

Skills & Qualifications

- Experience : 5+ Years of total experience, with a significant portion dedicated to Odoo.
- Profile : Must be a Developer turned Project Manager . You should be comfortable reading code and managing technical workflows.
- Technical Skills : Deep understanding of Odoo architecture (Versions 16+ - 17+), SQL, and data migration principles.
- Functional Skills : Mastery of Odoo Manufacturing (MRP) and Accounting modules,



specifically regarding cost analysis and WIP (Work in Progress).
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration.
