Job Role: ARM/CRM Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

- Interacting with Associates (IBA's)
- Providing services to Associates
- Handling their queries, MIS maintaining
- sending reports to management as and when required




- Making them aware of our schemes and pay structure
- Supporting Associates and customers
- Conducting meetings on weekly basis with associates regarding our projects
- Making aware about our plans and procedure to associates
