You’re responsible to work across a variety of categories so will need to demonstrate a broad range of category knowledge and be able to work dynamically and flexibly with a range of SMEs.

- Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the client's spot buy negotiation process and policies, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Conduct compliance checks to ensure that all spot buy negotiations adhere to the client's policies and guidelines.
- Showcase a strong work ethic by consistently delivering high-quality results in spot buy negotiations, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.
- Work independently to handle spot buy negotiations, while also collaborating effectively within a larger team to ensure seamless execution of procurement activities.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills in spot buy negotiations, staying informed about industry best practices and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications :

- Minimum qualifications
- Any graduate degree
- Positive communication and analytical skills.

Preferred qualifications

- Previous experience in Procurement & Sourcing.




- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills.
- Problem solving skills with customer centric approach, showed strength with written English and with English accent.
- Ability to execute task basic rules. Attention to detail and should have first time right attitude.
- Good knowledge on MS Office tools and good processing speed - mainly excel.
