- Color correction and grading

- Audio syncing, enhancement, and sound design

- Subtitles, titles, transitions, and visual effects

- Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites)

- Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and archives

Motion Graphics & Visual Effects

- Create engaging motion graphics using Adobe After Effects: oAnimated titles, lower thirds, logo animations

oProperty highlights, price slates, feature call-outs

- Integrate motion elements into realty and hospitality videos

Graphic Design (Photoshop)

- Design creatives using Adobe Photoshop for:

- Thumbnails, posters, banners, and digital ads

- Social media posts, stories, and campaign creatives

- Key visuals, mockups, and brand assets

- Retouch images, create composites, and enhance visuals

- Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs

Graphic Design & Image Processing

Design high-impact creatives using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite:

- Social media posts, banners, brochures, hoardings
- Thumbnails, posters, digital ads
- Brand collaterals for property and hospitality marketing

Use Adobe Lightroom for:

- Photo enhancement and color consistency
- Property, interior, exterior, and lifestyle images

Creative Collaboration

- Work closely with:

- Marketing and content teams

- Social media managers

- Creative directors and stakeholders

- Interpret briefs and convert concepts into compelling visuals





- Suggest creative improvements and storytelling ideas

3D Visualization & Architectural Support

Create 3D visuals using 3D Studio Max or other 3D software:

- Exterior and interior renders

- Concept visuals and marketing imagery

- Work with SketchUp for:

- Massing studies and basic architectural models

- Design visualization support for marketing and presentations

Website Design & Digital Presence

- Design and maintain visually appealing websites:

- Landing pages for real estate projects and resorts

- Portfolio and brand websites

- Work on UI/UX layouts, banners, and embedded video content

- Coordinate with developers or use no-code tools where required

Social Media Content Creation (Realty & Hospitality Focus)

- Conceptualize and create stills, reels, and stories for:

- Real estate launches and project updates

- Hospitality properties, experiences, and lifestyle narratives

- Adapt content formats for:

- Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn

- Ensure consistent brand tone, aesthetics, and storytelling

AI Tools & Productivity Enhancement

- Effectively use Canva for quick design and social media creatives

- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for:

- Caption writing and content ideation

- Script drafts and storytelling concepts

- Design assistance and workflow optimization

- Stay updated with emerging AI tools for creative production

Collaboration & Workflow Management

- Collaborate with:

- Marketing, sales, and branding teams

- Architects, interior designers, and project managers

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

- Maintain organized file structures and asset libraries
