We are looking for a dynamic Cost & Management Accountant who can drive profitability, cost optimization, MIS reporting, and business decision support.

Key Responsibilities

Costing & Profitability Analysis

- Vehicle-wise costing and profitability analysis.
- Route-wise and customer-wise profitability assessment.
- Cost per KM, trip, and shipment analysis.
- Identification of cost leakages and improvement opportunities.

Management Information System (MIS)

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop dashboards for management review.
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

- Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Budget vs Actual variance analysis.
- Cash flow forecasting and working capital planning.

Fleet Cost Management

- Monitor fuel consumption and mileage trends.
- Analyze maintenance and operating costs.
- Recommend cost optimization initiatives for fleet operations.

Receivables & Working Capital





- Customer profitability and credit control.
- Receivables aging analysis and collection monitoring.
- Vendor payment planning and working capital management.

Internal Controls & Compliance

- Strengthen financial controls and process compliance.
- Support GST, TDS, audits, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct branch and expense audits.

Business Decision Support

- Tender costing and pricing analysis.
- Support management in strategic decisions.
- Evaluate expansion opportunities, fleet investments, and new business proposals.

Desired Skills

- Strong Cost Accounting and Management Reporting skills.
- Excellent command over MS Excel and financial modelling.
- Knowledge of Power BI preferred.
- Experience with ERP/TMS systems.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work closely with Operations and Management teams.
