RTR / Fixed Asset Accounting

- Monitor, analyze, and resolve open items capital work in progress accounts to ensure timely capitalisation.
- Drive improvements in fixed asset accounting processes and elevate operational standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure compliance.
- Oversee BPO activities, guide process execution, and ensure alignment with company standards.
- Collaborate with auditors by preparing detailed documentation and audit trails for duty-related transactions.
- Deliver training and documentation on best practices to finance teams.
- Manage financial data integrity and reporting accuracy using advanced analytics tools.
- Identify process gaps and propose actionable solutions to management.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives to fix processes and build scalable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong financial accounting knowledge, including accruals, reconciliations.
- Experience with financial systems/ERPs (SAP, Oracle, Workday Payroll, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Understanding of SOX compliance and internal control procedures.

Good to have Skills:

- Experience in Power BI development for financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, Power Query, VBA).
- Familiarity with automation tools (Alteryx, SQL, RPA).
