Rajesh Bhauwala & Co. is a professional Chartered Accountant firm based in Surat providing services in taxation, compliance, advisory, and financial consulting to businesses across India. The firm works with SMEs, manufacturing companies, service businesses, and startups across multiple industries.

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant who wants to build strong expertise in Indian taxation, compliance, and advisory services .

Key Responsibilities

1. Direct Tax
- Preparation and review of Income Tax Returns (Individuals, Firms, LLPs, Companies)
- Handling tax assessments, notices, and replies :

- Tax planning and advisory for business clients
- Working on TDS returns and related compliance

1. GST Compliance

- GST return preparation and review (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns)
- Handling GST reconciliations and audits
- Responding to GST notices and departmental queries
- Assisting clients in GST registration and advisory

- Accounting & Financial Reporting

- Review of client books of accounts




- Preparation and finalization of financial statements
- MIS reporting and financial analysis

- Corporate Compliance

- ROC compliance for companies and LLPs
- Drafting resolutions, compliance documents, and filings

- Client Management

- Direct interaction with clients for compliance and advisory
- Coordinating with internal team members and articles
- Ensuring timely completion of assignments

Required Skills :

- Solid knowledge of Income Tax Act and GST :

- Experience working in a CA firm environment :

- Good command over Tally, Excel, and compliance portals :

- Ability to handle client communication independently :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) :

- 1-4 years experience preferred
