- 1. Data Entry & System Updates :

- Enter daily transactions into the software (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, etc.)

2. Invoice & Document Handling

- Record purchase and sales invoices accurately
- Maintain proper digital records of bills and supporting documents
- Verify basic details such as invoice number, date, and amounts before entry

3. Data Accuracy & Verification

- Cross-check entered data with physical bills or shared documents
- Identify and report errors or missing information
- Maintain consistency in formats and naming conventions

4. Coordination

- Coordinate with accounts team for clarification on entries
- Communicate with site staff or vendors for missing details if required
- Support senior accountant in data-related tasks
- Upload and record invoice details with proper fields (date, vendor, GST, item details, etc.)
- Ensure all entries are completed on a daily basis without backlog

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
