We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our B2B travel agency based in Ahmedabad.

Location : 100 ft Shyamal Road, Ahmedabad Working Hours : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Experience Required : 2-3 years Joining : Immediate

Key Responsibilities :

- Maintain and manage payment trackers and collection trackers :

- Handle vendor payments and remittances , including international transactions (Bali & Vietnam)

- Process and verify invoices from international partners for hotels, sightseeing, and other services (multi-currency handling)

- Work on Tally and internal accounting software

- Ensure proper accounting entries, reconciliations, and documentation :

- Coordinate with the CA for financial compliance and reporting

- Assist in GST filing, tax compliance, and statutory requirements :

- Monitor receivables and follow up on pending collections





Key Requirements :

- Strong English communication skills :

- Sound knowledge of basic to intermediate accounting principles :

- Familiarity with GST, taxation, and remittance processes :

- Experience in Tally and accounting systems

- Ability to handle multi-currency transactions (preferred)

- Good organizational and coordination skills

Preferred Profile :

- Experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
