Accounting:

- The AR & FA Manager is responsible to manage cash flow optimization through lettering and investment compliance (through the asset life cycle), while ensuring a monthly error-free closing. He will do that under Safran International Services (SIS) and for all Safran's Business Units in India.
- Accounts Receivable
- Cash Application Supervision: Ensure that 100% of bank receipts are recorded with customer invoices within 24/48 hours.
- Suspense Management: Analyze and resolve "Unapplied Cash" (unidentified transfers) in coordination with banks and the sales department.
- Disputes & Reconciliations: Validate credits and resolve settlement discrepancies (local taxes, bank charges, price disputes).
- Fixed Assets
- Asset Registry Management: Oversee the creation, transfer and disposal of fixed assets in the ERP.
- Amortization Process: Validate monthly allocations and ensure consistency with Group policies (useful life).
- Capitalization (CAPEX): Analyze ongoing projects (Work-in-Progress) to ensure that assets are activated as soon as they are put into service.
- Management and Governance
- Coaching: Recruit, train and evaluate a team of Associates (2 to 3 people depending on the volume).
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOP): Write and maintain up-to-date process documentation to ensure service continuity.
- Stakeholder Management: Be the preferred contact for the Chief Financial Officers of local entities to explain cash changes or amortization impacts.
- Continuous Improvement (CI) - Finance
- Focus: Process Optimization, Automation, and Change Management.
- Scope: Entire Financial Stream (AP, AR, FA, Payroll, Master Data)




- The CI Specialist is a "problem solver" whose mission is to eliminate waste and manual work across the financial stream. They do not process invoices or assets; instead, they analyze how they are processed and implement better ways to do it.

Job Requirements :

- Master in Finance/Accounting or Chartered Accountant (CA) / Inter-CA (highly valued in India)
- Advanced knowledge of an ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excel expertise (Macros, Power Query is a plus).
- Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication in English, ability to influence from a distance, analytical mind and absolute rigor.

- Process Mapping: Document and standardize "End-to-End" processes (SOPs). Identify variations between sites and drive harmonization.
- Automation (RPA/AI): Identify repetitive manual tasks (e.g., data entry, report consolidation) and work with IT to implement automation or better ERP utilization.
- Root Cause Analysis: When a KPI fails (e.g., high "Unapplied Cash"), lead a "Deep Dive" to find the source (bad Master Data, bank file issues) and fix it permanently.
- Training & Quality: Audit the work of the AR/FA teams to ensure compliance with the new "Standard Way" of working.
- Data Analytics: Create advanced dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) to provide the Financial Stream Manager with real-time visibility into productivity and bottlenecks.
