Position Title: DGM/GM Accounts - CA

Location: Turbhe (Head Office)

Experience Required: 5-7 years

Industry: Manufacturing (with multiple plants across India)

The General Manager Accounts will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire accounting function across the organization’s multiple manufacturing plants and the Head Office. This role requires a agile leader who can manage a large team of accountants, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and drive efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

Experience: - Minimum 15 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Experience in a manufacturing setup with multi-plant operations.

Lead, mentor, and manage a large team of accountants across different plant locations. Oversee the entire general accounting process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS). - Supervise day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. - Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L; accounts. - Review and maintain cash flow forecasts,



working capital management, and budget control. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, along with management reports for senior leadership and board review. - Ensure timely completion of internal audits and liaise with external auditors for statutory audits. - Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and tax regulations, including GST, income tax, and other financial reporting requirements. Implement and monitor financial controls, policies, and procedures across the plants and head office. - Analyze costs and variances, providing recommendations for cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements. Work closely with the plant finance teams to ensure accurate recording and reporting of plant expenses, overheads, and inventory accounting.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year

Experience :

- Accounting, Taxation, Audit: 10 years (preferred)
- Leadership Role
- AGM, GM: 8 years (preferred)
- Manufacturing Industry: 10 years (preferred)
