Job Description: Account Executive

Shift time: 4 AM to 1:30 PM ( Full-time)

Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated Accountant to manage financial calculations related to Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) , Australian solar incentives, and project-based accounting. The role requires strong attention to detail and coordination with internal teams to ensure accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Calculate Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) for solar installations as per Australian standards.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain documentation required for STC submissions .
- Track and reconcile government incentives, rebates, and subsidies applicable to solar projects.
- Coordinate with design, installation, and operations teams to collect accurate system data.
- Maintain detailed records of installations, certificates, and compliance documents.
- Handle project-wise accounting for solar EPC contracts.
- Assist in invoicing, reconciliation, and internal financial reporting.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of all incentive-related calculations.
- Support audits and internal checks related to STCs and incentives.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce , or a related field.




- Basic to good understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets .
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills & Experience

- Experience in solar EPC, renewable energy, or STC calculation (preferred).
- Knowledge of the Australian solar market and incentive structure.
- Experience handling project-based or international accounting.
- Ability to work with tight timelines and cross-functional teams.
