- Software Expertise : Qualified, hands-on proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime for

complete real estate project accounting.

- GST Compliance : Thorough practical knowledge of GST calculation, reconciliation, and filing

procedures (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) tailored to real estate/construction sectors.

- TDS Deductions & Filing : Expert tracking of TDS deductions, monthly payments, quarterly

filings, and real-estate specific sections (such as Form 26QB).

- Income Tax (ITR) : Strong basic understanding of Income Tax rules, processing of tax

returns, and corporate balance sheets.

- Industry Experience : Strong operational background (5-8 years)

estate or builder accounts. - Key Responsibilities :

- Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date accounting entries within Tally .
- Ensure seamless monthly and quarterly filings for GST and TDS parameters.
- Track constructor vendor payments, raw material invoicing, and customer receipt logs.
- Handle sensitive financial statements and cash flow projections with absolute confidentiality.
- Provide financial breakdowns and data readiness to support external auditors for ITR and

annual closures.
