Hiring: Assistant Store Manager - Jockey Store

Location: Rahul Raj, City Light, Parla Point, Lalgate

Shift Timing : 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹30,000/month (Based on Interview Performance & Experience)

Weekly Off :

- First 3 Months: 2 Week Offs/Month
- After 3 Months: 4 Week Offs/Month

Benefits :

- PF & ESIC after 6 months

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in daily store operations
- Manage and motivate the sales team
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Achieve sales targets
- Maintain inventory and stock
- Handle billing, cash, and store reports
- Ensure visual merchandising and store cleanliness

Requirements :

- Graduate preferred
- 1-3 years of retail/store management experience
- Positive communication and leadership skills
- Basic computer knowledge
