Boutique Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re a friendly, customer-loved boutique based in Vellore, and we’re looking for someone just as warm and enthusiastic to join our team as Boutique Manager. If you love fashion, enjoy working with people, and have a good eye for style — we’d love to meet you! You’ll be the heart of our store, helping customers look and feel their best while making sure every order is handled with care.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Customer Service

Welcome every customer with a smile and make them feel right at home. Listen to their needs, answer their questions, and handle any concerns with patience and care.

Boutique Management

Arrange and display clothing so that every piece gets the attention it deserves. Keep the showroom tidy, organised, and inviting throughout the day.

Design Consultation & Styling Advice

Suggest designs, fabrics, colours, and styles based on what the customer is looking for — whether it’s a wedding, festival, or everyday wear. Make the experience fun and personal.

Stitching Order Production Management

Monitor orders from booking to delivery, coordinate with our tailors, and make sure everything is stitched well and delivered on time. Flag any delays or issues early so we can sort them out quickly.

SOP Compliance

Follow our SOPs for orders, billing, customer handling,



and daily store operations. We like things to run smoothly — and your consistency makes all the difference.

Customer Trial Assistance

Be present and helpful during outfit trials — note down alteration needs, communicate them clearly to our tailors, and make sure the customer leaves happy with how their outfit fits.

Marketing

Create posts and reels for the instagram page and collect google reviews from happy customers.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Good communication skills in English and Basic Spoken Skills in Tamil & Hindi
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Eye for style and current fashion trends
- Ability to manage multiple orders without losing track
