Job Description : We are looking for a Billing & Logistics Executive (Fresher) to join our operations team.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage billing for Goods Transport Agency (GTA) services

Work with MS Excel to record and maintain billing data and transaction details

Handle daily transportation documentation and operations tasks

Coordinate with the operations team for dispatch and delivery updates

Assist in basic customer communication related to billing and transport status

Ensure timely and accurate generation of invoices

Maintain organized records of bills,



PODs (Proof of Delivery), and reports

Requirements : Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel

Interest in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations

Good communication and data entry skills

Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks

Freshers are welcome - No prior experience needed

Knowledge of billing is a plus (but not mandatory - training will be provided)

Salary & Benefits: Monthly Salary: ₹9,000 - ₹12,000 (Based on knowledge and performance)
