Job Title : Jewellery Billing Executive

Location : S.K. Jewellers (45, Marvadi Rd, Sarafa chowk, Itwara, Azad Market, Peer Gate Area, Bhopal) Salary Range : ₹8,000 - ₹15,000 (based on experience)

Job Overview

The Jewellery Billing Executive is responsible for accurate and efficient billing of jewellery sales, maintaining transaction records, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities1. Billing & Invoicing

- Generate accurate invoices for gold, silver, diamond, and other jewellery items
- Ensure proper calculation of weight, making charges, GST, and discounts
- Handle exchange, old gold adjustment, and customized billing

2. Customer Handling

- Assist customers during billing with clarity and professionalism
- Resolve billing-related queries and explain price breakdown

3. Payment Handling

- Manage multiple payment modes (Cash, Card, UPI, Bank Transfer)
- Ensure proper entry and reconciliation of all transactions

4. Record Maintenance

- Maintain daily sales reports and billing registers




- Coordinate with accounts team for daily closing and reporting

5. Software & System Handling

- Operate jewellery billing software / POS system
- Ensure proper product code entry and stock deduction

6. Compliance & Accuracy

- Follow GST billing rules and company policies
- Maintain 100% accuracy in billing to avoid discrepancies

Required Skills :

- Basic knowledge of jewellery (gold, silver, diamond pricing)
- Familiarity with GST billing
- Robust numerical and calculation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software)
- Good communication and customer handling

Qualifications

- Minimum: 12th Pass
- Preferred: Graduate or experience in jewellery/showroom billing

Experience

- Fresher or 1-2 years experience in retail billing (jewellery preferred)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
