About the Role
Artfills is looking for a target-oriented Assistant Team Leader - Customer Support to manage a team of 3-4 members and drive smooth class booking operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and guide a team of 3-4 Customer Support Executives.
- Drive daily class bookings and team targets .
- Monitor calls, follow-ups, bookings and team performance.
- Track MIS/data and make data-driven decisions to improve conversions.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth class scheduling and bookings.
- Coach team members and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
Requirements : *Bachelor’s degree in any discipline/12th Pass
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Inside Sales or similar roles.
- Experience managing a 3-4 member team .
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Target and result-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical and data-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- EdTech experience will be an added advantage.
