“ Standard Systems ” refers to:

- Laser Marking Machines (Fiber, UV, CO₂)
- Laser Cutting Machines (2D cutting, sheet & tube cutting)
- Laser Welding Machines (Handheld & table-top welders)
- Laser Cleaning Machine (Handheld & Standalone)
- Excludes systems with robotic arms, conveyors, gantries, or customized automation._

Key Responsibilities :

- Promote and sell standard laser machines across assigned territories and verticals.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct technical/product demonstrations.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads, quotations, and follow-ups using CRM/ERP (ERPNext preferred).
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with proper forecasting and reporting.
- Attend industry exhibitions, technical seminars, and lead-generation events.
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, OEMs, resellers, and end users.
- Provide market feedback for product development and pricing improvements.

Required Skills & Experience :





- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, or related technical field.
- 3-7 years of sales experience in laser systems or capital equipment (preferred).
- Strong understanding of laser machine specifications, use-cases, and benefits .
- Ability to handle B2B customers, technical objections, and close sales.
- Familiar with quotation preparation, DAP/EXW terms, and costing structure.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.

Tools & Platforms :

- CRM / ERP : ERPNext, Zoho, Salesforce
- Office Suite : Google Workspace / MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with digital tools for remote demos, quotation tracking, and video walkthroughs

Travel :

- 30-50% travel required across India (or assigned region)
- Site visits, customer trials, and trade shows included
