Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development - Generate and convert leads into successful sales closures. - Conduct site visits, project presentations, and customer meetings. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties. - Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. - Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process. - Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain long-term engagement with clients for referrals and repeat business. Sales Reporting & Documentation - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. - Track lead status, conversions, inventory availability, and sales performance metrics. - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. - Coordinate with CRM and internal teams for timely updates and reporting.



Coordination & Support - Work closely with marketing, CRM, and project teams to ensure effective lead management. - Participate in sales campaigns, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities. - Assist in implementing sales strategies and process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in Residential Real Estate Sales. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in preparing and analyzing sales reports. - Excellent client relationship management abilities. - Robust understanding of the residential real estate market. - Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Preferred Competencies - Strong interpersonal and networking skills. - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Self-motivated with a proactive approach. - Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities effectively.
