Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

Experience: Fresher to 2 Years

Salary : ₹20,000 per month (Up to ₹25,000 based on experience and performance)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Identify prospective customers and create new business opportunities.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Solid lead generation and prospecting abilities.
- Basic understanding of inside sales processes.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Educational Qualification

- HSC and Graduation preferred.
