Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

✔ Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding

Stakeholder Management

✔ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities ✔ Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports to stakeholders

✔ Conduct salary negotiations and manage the offer rollout process

Recruitment Operations

✔ Prepare and publish job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms ✔ Maintain recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness,



and offer-to-join ratio ✔ Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment best practices ✔ Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities, where applicable

Industry Awareness

✔ Stay updated with current IT hiring trends, emerging technologies, and market salary benchmarks ✔ Continuously explore innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment tools to improve hiring efficiency

Skills & Competencies

Required Skills : Â- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong knowledge of payroll & labor laws

- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools

- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

- Ability to handle multiple HR functions simultaneously

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

- Strong understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)

- Proficiency in HR reporting, dashboards, and data analytics

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed

- Strong adaptability, organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset

- Ability to maintain data accuracy and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field





- 2'“4 years of experience in HR Operations and/or Recruitment

- Strong knowledge of payroll & labor laws

- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
