Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager - Finance to manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensure timely monthly closures, and oversee accurate financial provisioning. The role requires strong analytical skills, compliance knowledge, and experience in handling finance operations within a quick-paced logistics or EV ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities1. Day-to-Day Accounting

- Manage daily accounting transactions including AP, AR, and general ledger entries
- Ensure timely recording of invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries
- Monitor cash flow and bank transactions; perform regular bank reconciliations
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data in ERP/accounting systems

2. Monthly Closing

- Lead and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
- Ensure all entries are recorded accurately before closure timelines
- Prepare trial balance, P&L;, and balance sheet schedules
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for closure requirements

3. Monthly Provisioning

- Prepare and review monthly provisions for expenses, liabilities,



and accruals
- Ensure proper documentation and justification for all provisions
- Monitor reversals and adjustments in subsequent periods
- Align provisioning practices with accounting standards and company policies

4. MIS & Financial Analysis

- Prepare monthly MIS reports and variance analysis
- Track operational costs, especially fleet, charging, and logistics expenses
- Provide insights to management for cost optimization and financial planning

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, MBA (Finance) with relevant experience
- 8-10 years of experience in accounting and finance (logistics/EV/startup experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.)

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
