Position : F&B; Captain Department : Food & Beverage Service Reports To : Restaurant Manager / F&B; Manager

Responsibilities :

- Supervise daily restaurant/service operations
- Ensure smooth and efficient guest service
- Brief and guide stewards/waiters before shift
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally
- Maintain service standards and grooming of staff
- Coordinate with kitchen for timely service
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
- Train team members on service procedures
- Prepare duty roster and allocate tasks
- Ensure billing accuracy and proper cash handling
- Maintain stock of service items and report shortages
- Support in achieving guest satisfaction and sales targets

Requirements :

- Experience in hotel/restaurant service
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food & beverage service standards
- Ability to handle guest concerns
- Team handling experience preferred

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
