Job Title: Unit Sales Manager
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors.
- Drive life insurance sales and achieve business targets.
- Monitor advisor performance and ensure productivity.
- Support team through training, field assistance and deal closures
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in BFSI Sales/ Life Insurance
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills
- Valuable networking, team handling ability
