Job Title: Transport Operations Supervisor

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily transportation and logistics operations at the site
- Manage drivers, helpers, and ground staff attendance and discipline
- Ensure timely vehicle placement and dispatch as per client requirement
- Monitor vehicle movement, route planning, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with operations, HR, and fleet teams for smooth workflow
- Maintain daily reports (attendance, trip sheets, vehicle logs)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Handle client coordination and resolve on-site operational issues
- Report operational issues/escalations to the Area/Operations Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in transportation/logistics supervision




- Knowledge of fleet operations and manpower handling
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, reporting)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
- Local area knowledge of Gandhinagar preferred

Education

- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience)

Operations Manager / Area Manager

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
