Job Summary : Responsible for preparing continental cuisine, maintaining food quality, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare continental dishes such as pasta, grills, salads, soups, and sauces
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
- Follow kitchen SOPs, recipes, and hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen
- Assist in menu planning and inventory management
Skills Required :
- Solid knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques
- Creativity and presentation skills
- Time management and ability to work under pressure
- Team coordination and kitchen discipline
Qualification & Experience :
- Diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts
- 2-6 years experience in continental kitchen
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
